Our speakers can provide cutting-edge topics for a variety of venues such as conferences, workshops, seminars, pulpit relief, Sunday School classes, small group meetings, Vacation Bible School, lay counseling training, luncheons, and retreats for: men, women, singles, married couples, engagement couples, and staff development. Ernesto Segismundo, Jr., MFTI
Ernesto specializes in treating relational issues in individuals, marriages and families and is experienced in working with adolescent at-risk individuals who have an array of emotional and behavioral problems. He also works with the adolescent population who are on probation due to criminal and other disruptive behaviors. I
In addition, Ernesto treats families and individuals who are victims of domestic violence, physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Ernesto is trained in treating individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress and spiritual issues. With this experience, Ernesto is a great resource for the adolescent population, individuals, family and parents/caregivers.

Maisha Florance, MFTI
Maisha has a passion for helping people achieve wholeness through acceptance and loving themselves as they are understanding that God created us all with awesome potential. Growth and change can be very difficult, but “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians4:13. She believes that the foundation of achieving and maintaining healthy relationships is congruent communication.
Maisha has worked with a culturally and clinically diverse client base that includes: couples, substance abuse, intimacy issues, and domestic violence. She also worked with problems such as anger management, parenting, depression, anxiety, assertiveness/self esteem, grief and loss, self harm, divorce, family, illness, and disabilities.

Dustin Faddis, MFTI
Through training and experience, Dustin has gained a deep understanding of conflict, tragedy, strength, and growth solutions.
He has personally overcome numerous obstacles in life and been blessed to help others achieve their growth goals. He has experience and desire to help strengthen marriages, assist with divorce recovery, and work through times of grief. Dustin offers family support for problems such as depression and anxiety. He understands the challenges that face men such as change of life, sobriety, and masculinity.
Dustin approaches the counseling process in consideration of the client’s spiritual, cultural, and family background. Family roles, patterns, age, social, and economic status are taken into consideration. With his experience in the area of marriage and families, he provides counseling services to help people discover peace and understanding in their lives and to be in the place that God has designed for them.
